Designed for adventurous kids, 8-11 years of age, the Abbey Gardens’ Backcountry Savvy Series teaches participants the basic skills of backcountry camping and travel. Taught experientially with emphasis on fun!

In the Camping in Style program, set up your own campsite in the forest and learn how to animal proof your food, purify your drinking water and follow environmental camping practices. There will be some camp bushcraft too! Saturday June 7th from 10am-2pm.
